However you have stumbled upon this little floral adventure of mine, I wish you a warm welcome! Maybe you saw something that caught your eye on Instagram or Pinterest, heard about me from a friend, or even held one of my bouquets as a bridal party member. If you are itching to talk flowers for your own big day, I can’t wait to spend some time with you doing just that! Below is what you can expect along the way with Array Design’s wedding floral design experience.

Get In Touch

The best way to get in touch with me is through my website form. This way you don’t even have to write up a DM or email. I can get the initial information I need from you right off the bat to be able to provide you with the best experience. I will reach out after that so we can set up a time to chat. What will I want to know? Aside from getting to know you, and your lovely love story (!), I will start off with some basic questions to better understand your wedding style and floral design ideas. You can read about some other questions I often ask here as well.

The Proposal

After our chat, it’s time for me to get to work! I will draft a complimentary personal proposal including all of the arrangements you are dreaming of when it comes to wedding floral. Depending on the season, I will have your proposal back to you sometime within a week. This document is not set in stone. Sometimes seeing a list of everything helps give clarity to what you really want to focus on in your design. So let’s make adjustments until it looks just right!

Booking My Services

Once you are satisfied with your proposal, the next step is booking my services. It’s that step where you get to check off one more line of your wedding to-do list! A deposit for half of the total, and a signed contract will secure my services for your wedding day. Also know that you can make changes to your proposal. I know things like RSVP numbers and design details can change through the planning process. Rest assured this is no problem. Let’s make sure your bottom line needs are included, and we can always spruce up counts and specifics come time to talk final details.

Final Meeting

You are all set after booking me! Continue on with your list and enjoying the sweet time of engagement with your love. We will chat about eight weeks before the big day and go over everything on the proposal again. This is when we can make changes as your guest list and design vision have been well refined. It’s important to make sure everything is listed by this time. The next step is for me to place your flowers on order for the big day as soon as I receive your final payment one month prior to your wedding day.

Wedding Day!

Once wedding bells are ringing, I will either be ready with your arrangements to be picked up, or loading up with my crew for delivery and installation of your full wedding design. Bouquets will be in vases, boutonnieres in their boxes, centerpieces ready to be placed, and all the supplies I will need to bring your designs to life in installations will be packed. My absolute favorite is seeing your face when you see your bouquet for the first time. I hope the moment is a dream come to life!

It is an honor to serve each and every couple through my flower business on their wedding days. If you have more questions about the experience of working with me, make sure to let me know below or reach out so I can get them answered!
