In a city as big as Phoenix, we are so lucky to have many venue options to choose from. A recent favorite of mine is The Clayton House in Scottsdale. It is a venue embracing the fun modern trends of industrial design, with a very classy spin, to present an overall elegant space for a wedding. I am going to share four reasons why it has become one of my favorites.
The Clayton House is ready to embrace your style. At first glance, you recognize the industrial feel with elements of glass, wood and metal throughout. They have been applied to the structure in a modern and chic design. And then there are the wide open spaces. The entire venue is a blank canvas for your wedding dreams to be brought to life on. It has clean lines with fresh features, plenty of space, and a convenient layout. It doesn’t just look fresh, it is fresh. The Clayton House is a fun opportunity to enjoy a new space in Old Town Scottsdale.
When it comes to floral considerations, a blank canvas can lend to endless design possibilities. Almost any design style can be introduced, from modern elegant to classic romantic. You can set the tone with the design pieces, instead of the space dictating the experience you are going for.
Not looking for a desert setting for your big day, but still wanting the quintessential desert shots for the wall? You can have both at The Clayton House. A short scoot to the mountains of Papago Park could be where you have a private first look, or breathtaking bridal photos. You can also enjoy the very convenient amenities of Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe. Lodging is ample and classy for your out of town guests visiting the area. With so many fun things to experience in the area, your guests won’t have to travel far for entertainment or wedding related festivities. But when it comes to the wedding day, you will have a private space at The Clayton House in the same vicinity.
Outdoor events in Arizona summers can become miserable in the heat. Sunburns are not what you want your guests to remember of your big day! Because it has air conditioning, The Clayton House is a fantastic option during hot months. And unlike a resort setting that has others present on property, it is private. If you are looking for a winter wedding date during the amazing Arizona weather, The Clayton House provides for an indoor/outdoor experience. When those unpredictable rains do pop up, it has shelter from any storm with the large indoor spaces. On the usual clear nights, it blends the outdoor spaces into the event for a cocktail hour on the patio. No need to avoid certain times of the year because The Clayton House can keep all of your guests covered or enjoying the clear skies out of doors for your lovely event.
If you have ever had the chance to enjoy an event or cocktail hour at The Clayton on the Park, you are in for the same treat at The Clayton House. Their caterers are professionals, and darn good ones. The food is absolutely delicious! The bar is plenty big and the menu is stellar. Having one less vendor to hire for catering is also an added plus. And as you navigate the wedding planning experience, the event team at The Clayton House is very helpful. They are a team seasoned to perfection so your event will come together seamlessly.
If you are still on the search for a wedding venue, give The Clayton House a look. You don’t have to limit your wedding date search to the cool months with this space as an option. The beautiful indoor ceremony and reception space plays host to great celebrations. With great food, and their prime location in Old Town Scottsdale, you and your guests alike are sure to have an exceptional experience.
